SHIPPING POLICY

All framed original artwork usually ships from my studio in 5-7 business days and fine art prints ship in 1-2 weeks. All shipments include tracking.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you are interested in getting your shipment insured, please contact me after placing your order.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For orders outside Canada, kindly note that any duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country and shipping carrier, and may be applied once your order arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. While I take great care in preparing each order, customs processes and delivery conditions are outside my control and may occasionally result in delays or additional charges. If a parcel is refused, it may be returned or handled by the carrier according to their policies. In these situations, refunds are not available and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

I do my best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Please note, however, that delivery times are estimates only and there may occasionally be delays once your package is in transit. This can be due to carrier issues, increased shipping volume, customs, or other circumstances beyond my control. Once an order has left my studio, responsibility for the shipment rests with the shipping provider and the recipient. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details, it may be returned or handled by the carrier according to their policies. In this case, refunds are not available and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. To help avoid this, please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. I appreciate your patience as your artwork makes its way to you.

SHIPMENT LOSS

I take great care in preparing every order for safe shipment to its destination. All packages will ship with a tracking number. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider for updates. Once you’ve received information from them, feel free to forward it to me via email for review.

RETURN POLICY

Given the nature of my small, independent business and the unique and delicate qualities of fine art, all original artwork and prints are final sale. While I do not accept returns, I am committed to making sure you are happy with your order. Please contact me regarding any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Additionally, feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have before placing your order.
