All artwork ships from my studio 1-3 weeks from the order date, with tracking included. If you are interested in getting your shipment insured, please contact me after placing your order.

Yes, I do. Please note that goods purchased outside of your country may be subject to additional customs duties and/or taxes. Any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

All original artwork and fine art prints are final sale. While I do not accept returns, I am committed to making sure you are happy with your order. Please contact me regarding any issues within 3 days of receiving your art. Additionally, feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have before purchasing.

All orders are packaged with great care and will ship with a tracking number. In the event that your order is lost in transit or arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package or within 30 days of placing your order and I will do my best to assist you.

I am not currently taking commissions. Should that change, email list subscribers will be notified and any updates to my commission status will also be posted here on my website, as well as on my Instagram @alicemathewcollection.
